Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. If it wasn't exactly when we asked for , it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions we might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now.
