We first met Darren when looking for a vacation home in Fort Myers , prior to our planned searching for a permanent home there. We had been looking for a home for several months and did not have an actual realtor because we could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help us locate what we wanted. Darren was the first to really listen to our wish list. Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. Darren has always made the time to show us what we felt we needed to see. If it wasn't exactly when we asked for , it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions we might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We are very picky when it comes to purchasing property. It took 6 months with numerous showings. Darren worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did.
